I’ve recently been reading The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett, and one habit that’s stuck with me so far is Habit 5: You must lean into bizarre behaviour.
It’s a habit that challenges us to be flexible and adaptable, especially when it comes to change.
“When you don’t understand, lean in more.
When it’s challenging, lean in more.
When it makes you feel stupid, lean in more.
Leaning out will leave you behind.
Don’t run from ideas that make you uncomfortable, run towards them.”
I think that’s where I currently am with tech.
A lot is changing very fast, and honestly some concepts still feel intimidating or confusing. But instead of avoiding that feeling, I want to lean into it more.
So in the coming weeks, I’ll be leaning more into concepts around Agentic AI and automations, with API documentation and cloud somewhere in the mix too 😊
