This may not be entirely related to programming, but I believe it might be useful for you. So here we go...

  1. Set up the Long Passcode and disable Face ID (adds friction)
  2. Lock the Highly Accessible App with a passcode(adds friction)
  3. [IOS] Set the Screen Time to 1 min on Most used apps
  4. Uninstall the Problematic app if possible.
  5. Turn off the notifications from non-useful apps (reduces distractions)
  6. Organise the apps on a minimum number of screens
